Room I booked wasn’t available at check-in. Sent us to another room (upgrade) for the inconvenience. That room was a mess, housekeeping hadn’t touched it. Back to the lobby, a second room with 2 full beds and supposedly a roll-away, which would never fit, was the next destination. At that point, I was a bit upset. Finally, a 3rd room was readied for us… over an hour past check in time.
