Room I booked wasn’t available at check-in. Sent us to another room (upgrade) for the inconvenience. That room was a mess, housekeeping hadn’t touched it. Back to the lobby, a second room with 2 full beds and supposedly a roll-away, which would never fit, was the next destination. At that point, I was a bit upset. Finally, a 3rd room was readied for us… over an hour past check in time.

The best breakfast options ive ever had. The 2 different options for the waffles and the great toppings(chocolate chips and chocolate sauce) great hot options to chose from too. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Love the size of the suite we had,plenty of room especially with having kids.

Honestly this seemed to be more of a run down Hampton Inn unlike most of the others. There was no soap, no waters for a HH member, which is a nice touch but the staff were wonderful. All were very friendly, helpful, and kind.

Elevator was out of service, area near the ice machine smelled sour. The window in my room would not close. It was open about 5 inches. The blinds would not work - the power was disconnected on the white shade and the green inner shade was missing batteries. The room was clean. The lighting is annoying as heck. Not enough of it and strange cast to it. The room is stark white, including linens. You need lamps with warm bulbs and comfortable seating arrangements.
