The open-plan living area flows out to a huge sun-drenched deck – the perfect spot for morning coffee, long lunches, or sunset BBQs overlooking the lake.

Outdoors, the fun really begins. Kids will love the large lawn for games and running around, while adults can relax by the fire pit or take one of the provided kayaks out to explore Lake Rotoiti. With the water right at your doorstep, you’ll have that true Kiwi lakeside experience.
