Air conditioner

one of air conditioner was down. whatever hotel manager call me and explain about this situation and she gave me room discount. But running one air conditioner was not powerfull and seemed show not full performance. As a result, whole room was not enough cool. Hard to relax sleep.

A very lovely place to stay. The villa is extremely pretty as photo, comprehensive amenities in room, free mini bar provided with some local drinks and hotel’s brand ice cream. Even providing the kouri ‘s skincare to us. Which is amazing! A quiet place to relax! Would love to return in future again!

いつもはハレクラニやブセナテラスなどに宿泊していますが、SEIKINの動画で紹介されており、子供のリクエストで宿泊しました。 Google等のレビューも含め検討しましたが、賛否ありやや不安もありました。 事前に到着が19時頃になる旨を伝えると、駐車場の案内や暗証番号をいただきました。 これを頂いたことで安心してしまい、瀬長島に立ち寄り、名護のスーパーかねひでで食料調達したため到着が22時頃に。 古宇利島のこの時間は殆ど車の出入りはなく、あたりは真っ暗、突然の雨もあり、この手の移動には強い方でしたが駐車場を見つけるのにやや手こずりました。 この時間の駐車場近辺は不気味なので、心細い方は明るい時間の到着をお勧めします（笑 あと、逆方向から駐車場に到着すると看板が見えないので駐車場と気づかないです。（特に車が1台も停まっていないと。） ただ、ホテルに到着すると、ここのエリアだけ違った世界観で、部屋に入ると、広さ、内装の素晴らしさに感動しました。天井が高いのもいいですね。 朝は天気もよく大きな窓から光が入り、前日夜とは打って変わって美しい古宇利島の海が広がり、素晴らしい朝となりました。 外にあるのはプールではなく小さめのジャグジーでしたので、子供に不満を言われないか心配でしたが、ずっとプールで遊んではしゃいでいました。 初めてのヴィラでしたが、食材さえ買っておけば好きなタイミングに食事ができ、ランドリーもあるので子供の水着もすぐに洗濯・乾燥でき、かなり楽と感じました。 調理器具や食器の片付けはやや億劫でしたが、、 ネガティブな点はトイレのドア上半分がすりガラスだったり、リビングに近い位置にある点でしょうか。 子供が小さいので、子供は安心していましたが、もう少し年齢が行くと家族での宿泊は難しいかな、と感じました。 また施設の中の清潔さは、エアコンから水滴が垂れてベッドにポタポタ落ちるわ、壊れている調理器具はあるわ、お風呂には黒ずみや水垢が残っているわで、高級ホテルのような清潔感を期待すると、もしかしたら落胆する箇所もあるかもしれません。この辺りはGoogleMapなどの口コミも確認して自身の期待値コントロールをするといいかもしれません。 ただ、私自身は子供が小さいうちに、今度はプールが広い部屋に宿泊できたらと感じています。

最高の景色

写真で見た通りキレイな景色が１日中見れるヴィラで大満足でした。冷蔵庫に入れてくださっているビールやワイン、お水やお茶などもすべて頂けるとのことでしたが、残念ながらお酒は家族誰も飲めないため、ソフトドリンク、アイス、ソーセージなどのみ頂きました。気の利いたサービスでびっくりしました。お部屋は50平米くらい？とのことでしたが、大人３人で大きなスーツケースを3つなら少し置く場所に困りましたが、普段はそこまで大きなスーツケースは持たない方が多いので問題無いと思います。夜もプールに入りましたが夜はもう少しプールの温度を高めにできればありがたかったです。少し寒かったので。スタッフさんも親切で笑顔で挨拶してくださり、全体的に大満足でした。

施設はできたばかりで部屋の中も設備も高級感があります。冷蔵庫の中にドリンクがたくさん入っていてすべて無料だったり、コーヒーをミルから引いて飲むようにすべて整えられていたり、とのんびり過ごすために考えられています。 外にあるジャグジーからは古宇利大橋が見えて景色は最高です。残念ながら、お天気が悪かったので、最高の夕日はみれませんでしたが。。。 部屋は広くはありませんが、清潔感がありくつろげます。連泊するとよいと思いますが、コスパ的には少し高いかな、、、 駐車場までの道がとても狭かったり、駐車場も狭かったりと回りの整備がまだできていない印象でした。
