PARKING: One PARKING SPOT AVAILABLE per unit under the carport, otherwise street parking. Street is well lit, as is building/property. Police station is a couple of blocks away, so you will occasionally see police cars driving in area. Upon walking into unit, automatic motion sensor light to greet you. Blinds on doors/window for extra privacy.

ELECTRIC SCOOTERS: have 4 located on the property you can check out with LIME app and ride around downtown. Replenished regularly.

CLEANLINESS: We have a dedicated cleaning staff that works everyday in most instances to a tight turnover while complying to all covid cleaning procedures.

PERFECT FOR YOU: and visitors, business travelers, digital nomads, staycations or new to the area or moving to okc

DURATION OF STAY: Short or long term stays available. (1 night to 3 month rentals)

LAUNDROMAT: 2 laundromats with drop off service near by. However in special cases- Washer and Dryer may be available, request when booking.

STORES NEARBY: Homeland Grocery Store, George's Liquor and Whole Foods nearby/in the area

NEIGHBORHOOD: Transitional, up and coming, not scary; my neighbors are respectful, once populated by a mexican community however being gentrified. New developments happening in the area. Transients all over downtown and few generally walk to connivence store a couple of blocks away but are not harmful and generally don't even pay attention to you.

NO: vaping, smoking, candles, by booking this unit guests will be responsible for the entire purchase amount of a broken item in unit, all pets on property and overnight guests must be announced to the host, all parties and massive amounts of decoration must be approved by host.

Use Goggle maps app, other map apps will take you to the wrong place. One parking spot per guest under the carport or street parking is available. Neighborhood street is well lit, as well as the building. Easy to drive your own car, catch an uber or check out an electric scooter to get around downtown.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
