Hot room but convenient

The room was nice and clean. Our concern the AC did not cool until late morning and we had to keep it on HI continuous mode. Which made it very noisy. The sheer colorful window screen did not black out sun or the parking lot pole lights. The staff was accommodating.

Drove 7 hours i was so exhausted check in process was smooth and fast. Checked in and went to my room took a hot shower and laid down on clouds (the bed was so soft and fluffy) I’ll move definitely recommend to family that will travel to OKC. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Processed my late check out with ease.

The first night we were there we were awakened by a loud noise coming from our h/A unit So at 4am we had to change rooms And then had to get up to go to work The guy that moved us, he moved us into a room that had two queen beds from a room where we had a king bed We slept in the 1st changed room the rest of that night and then ended up moving again that next day 2nd time to a room with a king bed

Property was great room was extremely quiet. The only downside was the ice/snow storm hit and the parking area was not cleared or salted. The only salt was at the front door. Definitely would stay here again in the future.
