There is a desk chair in the room, but no desk to put a laptop on. bath towel was yellow like someone sprinkled piss on it. I did go buy some towels after that.The wrong size pillows on the bed. I even took pictures if you need me to send them.

The lobby's central air sysytem was not working and there was standing water on the floor to the gym. The pool was dirty with no chemicals. The elevator was broken. When we got to our room it was in mild disarray. The curtain was torn down on one side. And the floor had not been vaccumed. Also, we didn't have a full set of towels and washcloths. I would not recommend staying here.

Terrible serivce!

The facility was extremely downstairs. They had 2 fans blowing the hot air around in the mid 90s. It was hot while eating breatfast. We were told the AC was broken.The elevator was broken the entire time we were there and we weren't on the 1st floor. Plus we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. When asked for tissue, they had an issue with asking giving us one roll when we started off with a quarter of one for my family. My family and I all had bananas for breakfast one morning. The service lady said it was too much a d complained. They had water in the dinning area without ice, expecially how hot it was. Plus, the restroom near the dinning area didn't have tissue, even after notifing them of this issue. It was a terrible experience and I already paid for our entire stay since we were coming from Georgia, over a 15 hour drive.

"The staff was great and very helpful! However, there was no A/C in the lobby or the breakfast area, which made it uncomfortable to sit and eat. Other than that, everything else was great, and the staff really made the stay enjoyable."

The place is straight up dirty. Hair on the sheets, clump of hair in the bathroom, damaged furniture like the floors have been flooded, musty mold smells in the hallways, hardly any AC in the hallways, mold growing on the walls by the pool. Service was mediocre and I heard multiple guests at the front desk complaining. My king size bed came with very small square pillows, not enough for two people. Mattress was hard as a rock, and to top it all off the exterior is swarming with unhoused people, and I am pretty sure I witnessed drug deals out my window. I liked the cheap price, but quickly realized it was not worth feeling unsafe. Beware. Unfortunately I only got a picture of the pillows, because I thought it was a joke and was laughing about it.

It was pretty well. Must have had a baseball tournament close by because there were a lot of kids. Maybe that explains the running around in the halls all night. Can’t complain about the hotel though.

Well ran, but front desk help was not available when I checked out and I was u able to rebook for a return trip stay and now can’t stay here due to booking is full . Would have liked to stay again but had to choose another hotel in OKC for my return trip .
