The first room did not have a TV or telephone. Moved to a second room that had only 1 bath towel for 5 people. Was able to get more towels from front desk. The beds and bathroom were comfortable and clean.

I was not comfortable

constant noise All through the night, stomping, bamming of walls being hit, the breakfast bar ran out of food before 9:00. The refrigerator did not work, I will say the front desk did ask if I wanted to move rooms, which now in hind sight I wished I would have.

They people who work the front desk they pretty much robbed me for 60 dollars wouldn’t give me my deposit back he went to check the room then said I wasn’t getting my money back I said show me what’s wrong with the room he refused to go up there and show me..

Desk clerk ran my debit card for 7k instead of $50 dollars and locked my card for the whole weekend. When we got to our room and opened the window there was a homeless camp right outside our window. Not a bad room for the price but the area lacks desirability.

Checking was quick and easy, she was very friendly and welcoming. Room was nice and clean, some furniture is older, but in working condition. Bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked great!

This is in a marginal area and we only stayed here because our usual places were sold out due to an event at Paycom Center. We were there two nights room was never cleaned and we had to go looking for fresh linins. They offered sheets even thinking we would change our own bed. WRONG ! Carpet was raveled in room and furnishings were of low quality. I believe we paid $135.00 per night for a $50.00 value. We would never consider staying here because if you stay more than one night they don't even clean your room or at least bring fresh towels. Stay somewhere else !!!!!

It was a great surprise how big and spacious the rooms are. Very clean and quiet for the weekend that we stayed. Breakfast could have been better, but they did have a nice variety of things to choose from. The had a very nice coffee bar with a large selection of creamers and flavoring. Overall, the next time we’re in the City, we’ll most likely book again.
