Bed Bugs was found in the room. I had to throw away clothing and shoes for my whole family. The DM is terrible at responding. Don’t seem to want to give a refund & will not message back.

Well they refused to communicate with their customers I made a mistake booking and they just gave me the runaround and never actually halped me resolve my issue so I ended up paying for a night I didn’t even stay I won’t stay here again lazy incompetent management

Clean room. Staff was so nice, especially the man at the front desk! My only complaint was the pool heater was broken and our shower didn’t get very hot. It was just kind of like warm.
