It was a comfortable room, plenty of hot water to spare, I love that they have shampoo and conditioner ready to use and also lotion by the sink. The staff was helpful as much as they could. the sink had some loose faucet handles, but there was plenty of water pressure. It was very accessible. Our room phone did not work and the concierge did try to fix it but it was a maintenance thing.

This hotel charges for the first night, before check in time; and then charges for both nights, upon arrival, then does not release the hold on the erroneous charge, until after check out. The assistant manager attempted to gaslight me, by saying all hotels do this. That’s a lie. Bathroom was not cleaned properly, until I complained about the pubic hair on shampoo bottle, which was attached to the wall. I will never again stay a Choice Hotel.

Like the floating bubble light in lobby however The bed itself wasn't very comfortable. Could feel the springs in the mattress. Pillows were great! Stayed 2 days. I didn't eat breakfast. Light on bathroom mirror was broken upon arrival. TV was great. Was affordable.Most likely won't choose this hotel again.
