the only issue we had a problem with was there were a couple rooms on our floor that was very loud..yelling in the hallway and playing loud music several times through the night and morning

I liked the spacious room. The tv didn’t connect, but we were moved to a room that it did connect after someone from the staff came and couldn’t get it to connect. They were quick to come and quick to get us another room near the first one so we wouldn’t have to move far.

We loved our stay. Clean, amazing coffee in the lobby, comfortable beds, great showers, updated televisions, and amazingly quick and friendly check in. The clean up staff needs to leave people alone before check out time tho. If check out isn’t until 11, don’t knock on my door till 11.

It's fine.

It was fine. Our first room the mini fridge didnt work but they moved us. The bed was ok to me, husband hated it. My kids were upset the jacuzzi was broken. Overall it was fine, not a high end place but nothing seemed dirty or unkept.

I wouldn’t recommend

Hot tub doesn’t work. Your key to the pool doesn’t work staff has to let you in after 5pm. Was promised a late check out upon arrival just for them to tell me the next morning that I can’t have a late check out.
