The toilet in our room 414 was very low to the ground. One of our guests had a bad hip, so using the toilet was very painful for this guest. Why are the toilets so very low to the ground?

Please request for property inspection before they rent out any further. Make sure what was written on their Window is advertised in Expedia for customers review. Good location and property is good. Whoever is the owner trying to cut cost save money from all aspects.typically goes to one set of communities. It should be evaluated and they can increase the tariffs but not compromise on quality and service.

The hotel doesn't have reception room, the clerk desk only has a small window and is dark so, you can't see who is in the other side, is lack of courtesy. The surrounding look a little hostile and dangerous.

Nothing about the description of this hotel was accurate. They wouldn’t let you inside the lobby to check in. No breakfast, no fridge no microwave. Toilet was broken, had to take the lid off to pull the chain to flush it. Remote didn’t work. The air conditioner had no knobs so you couldn’t control anything. Inside of the room was beat to sh*t. Also Booked a non smoking and they put me in a smoking room that reeked. Don’t stay here.

We had to stay there for two nights , when we got there system was down , we waited 20 maybe 30 minutes for it to come up . Then when we got in the room tv didn't work , roaches , bed uncomfortable, toilet seat messed up , and the light over the vanity wouldn't work. When It was time to check there was a note that the person was off property and I would have to come back in 10 mins . ( idk when they left )
