Roaches crawling out of the sockets. My allergies were really bad. I was sneezing and snotting heavily. I’ve never had such a reaction while staying in a hotel. The staff is really nice. The area is not the worst in the room was clean nice air condition plenty of parking, but the room itself…… you get what you pay for

Parking is hit or miss if you're in a room inside of property. Staff all were willing to move me rooms but they did have roaches. 1st room I paid for and was put in had 5 within moments of entering room. Then 2nd room had 4 roaches over my 3 days stay. I chose to stay in room bc only option. Would be to check out then wait 4 hours till check in. Moving all of my items alone and partner had surgery. So rather than chance being put into another bad one, we chose to stay in 2nd room. Staff was nice. No security for door. Only one lock provided and bare minimum essentials. No breakfast as advertised, only coffee. AC worked good in the room. But overall I would never stay here again.

Roach breeding grounds

The best thing I can say about this place is that the front desk staff was friendly and cooperative. However, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We got there and checked in, went up to the room, flipped on the light and immediately saw a cockroach crawling across the tv. And then one crawling across the headboard of the bed. And then when we flipped on the light in the bathroom, we found two more roaches and their little family in the shower. Needless to say, we went to the front desk and informed them about the issue and that we would need a new room. The young man at the front desk was very apologetic and immediately gave us a new room, but unfortunately we found two roaches on the baseboards of that room. Needless to say, we did not try another broom, simply informed the front desk and then found another hotel. The young man at the desk did give us our deposit back and verified the incident to Hotels.com when they contacted him in order to process our refund. So I am grateful to him. Beyond that, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I’ve included some screenshots from a video we took and another picture or two. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to get any other pics, as the cockroach on the TV went inside the tv and the one on the headboard ran behind it as well.

Could not sleep - you're right on the side of the highway that has cars running through all hours of the night. The window is not soundproof and you are RIGHT NEXT to the highway. Don't recommend at all.

Well, I was disappointed I wanted to stay longer but then was given very rudely attitude from the gentle man who answered my call when he failed to program my key and I asked him to please come let me in the room I had groceries and I Am on the second floor and he responded in a very unfriendly, unprofessional, and unkind matter!

The first room we was in, the tv didn't work. The second the beds was to small for two. There was mold in the bath room and the air conditioner made loud noises and the door to the room didn't lock properly. Felt unsafe. And there little black bugs on the floor in the bathroom near the toilet.

Next to bus station, lots of homeless people laying around, room didn’t stay cool, deadbolt was broken so door was without secure and housekeeping didn’t knock and would just barge in the room while sleeping. Wouldn’t stay here again do to unsafe conditions

Extremely rude and disrespectful roach, infestation all throughout the hotel just disgusting and then just prepare for them to never ever give you back your deposit, hopefully everyone knows legally they cannot do that
