The hotel was really nice and clean. My room needs a good deep cleaning (see previous post regarding check in). The breakfast was wonderful. But, I believe there should be 2 breakfast cooks during the busy times. And having to stand in line for 20 minutes to receive my cocktail hour drinks was ridiculous!!! Should have been 2 bartenders during that time or the manager could have stepped up and talked about us, explaining why we were having to wait so long. The line was backed up to the elevators, it ruined what was supposed to be a fun time. By the time it was my turn I had the girl make both my drinks and took them to my room just to get away from the craziness!!!

The property is nice, clean and comfy. The biggest drawback we faced was the noise generated by LOTS of families (it's not a bad thing) there for girl's softball tournaments. The lobby was so noisy we had to yell back and forth with the front desk clerk in order to hear instructions for checking in. This detracted a bit from our experience, but the overall hotel experience was pleasant.

WCWS Family Vacation

We stayed at Embassy Suites as a Family for 9 days while attending the Women's College World Series. Free breakfast with many choices! 5 to 6:30 pm Happy Hour with snacks. Clean room, comfortable bed, nice laundry facility, & help staff from front desk to housekeeping!
