Generally a nice place to stay, close to Paycom and good staff. Disappointed yesterday when I checked in because they forced me to use their Valet service at 32.00 per night. Silly because their self-park is easy to use and is on site. Why do I have to use the Valet? Because there is a Thunder game that night. Silly way to extort extra money out of a hotel guest.

The rooms were super clean. The bed was like trying to sleep on a huge bubble, when you could sleep! There were very few guests but we were put in a room next to the freeway and train rails. Racing down the street most of Sunday night. OKC police could have made tons of $$ off tickets, if they cared to. And surprise you have a $25/night charge for parking lot space. Go to the Omni across the street.

Staff should be more knowledgeable of taxis and Ubers around the area we go to them for answers not to hear I don’t know not sure that’s not an answer. Frustrating when you’re looking for them to answer your question.
