Room needed to be more clean, wall paper was peeling, bad aroma in the elevators and carpets. Customer service horrible. Housekeeper entered my room multiple times when directly instructed not to. Caught her staring at me in the nude resulting in me contacting the local authorities.

Biggest issue was the TV did not function due to the HDMI cable being disconnected. Called the service desk and was informed the maintenance staff had left for the day. That being said I was satisfied with the stay overall due to staff offering us the option to move to a different room, which we opted to not take her up on.

The only complaint I had was that breakfast took over an hour in the restraunt and was gross. $60 for a breakfast that is served cold and gross plus waiting over an hour when we were the only party present is really disappointing. The rest of the stay was great. Skip the breakfast and you will be just fine!
