Bad hotel. Couch in the room had a large rip in it and the stuffing was coming out. The TV didn’t work and the front desk wouldn’t do anything about it. I asked for a discount and the front desk said they weren’t authorized to do that so I asked to speak to a manager - but they said there was no manager on site. The front desk called me back and said she had spoken to the manager and they couldn’t give me a discount because I booked the room through Expedia. Very disappointing experience. Will never stay at a Hampton Inn again and I’m questioning whether I use Expedia again given they are a convenient excuse to not treat customers appropriately.

Stayed here many times. Convenient, clean, & friendly staff. Only complaint this time is that it sounded like bed frames/box springs were broken & very loud every time you moved & bathroom barn door would not stay shut - not great for privacy if you need/want it. Minor issues - would recommend.

The property was safe, clean and the people very good. My complaints are: 1 - I purchased 2 bottles of soda and was charged $ 5.00 each - not cool at all. 2 - I could not get a reciept for my room. I booked through expedia and because of that the front desk refused to give me a copy of my bill - again not cool.
