I got there around 5pm for check in. I walk inside, no one at the desk. I wait a couple of minutes, kind of walk to the side and say hello to see if someone was in the back. No note or anything like I've seen in the past. So I called the front desk and it rang approximately 20 times, before Chris came up from behind me and said, are you calling the front desk? Seemed like he couldn't believe I did that. I asked if there was a problem with me calling the front desk and he realized from my demeanor that I was not happy, so at that point, he started apologizing, said he didn't mean to sound snarky or make a bad first impression and it seemed genuine. He told me he was in the kitchen making cookies and I would not have even thought about looking for someone who's working the front desk in the kitchen. I told him I have a long history of stays at that location and he thanked me for that. But it still begs the question; what does one do if there is no one there for check in? It's not like I showed up a half hour before check in started and wanted to get into my room. What if I was a business person who needed to check in and then get to a meeting? I've also noticed a lot of the rooms are in need of repair or overhaul. I reported to the person I checked out with about the faucet in our room and she thanked me for that, because otherwise they wouldn't know and I also saw her write it down. She said they're waiting on a big remodel.

Hotel was nice. The pool area was nice although most ice machines were out of order. Our bathroom didnt drain so we had to use the bathtub to brush and wash.

Just an OK stay.

Stay overall was good. Hot tub had way too much chlorine and would burn our eyes when we used it. Pool was not heated and was pretty cold. Breakfast was good, but was running low on items and oj cartons were frozen solid. Enjoed our stay in OKC though.

Nice, clean hotel. Some areas show wear and could be updated (seating in dining area and at desks in the room especially), Pool sprinklers did not appear to be working. Hot tub was not hot, but felt good after a long day. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.
