It wasn’t the worst experience of a stay I’ve ever had but it wasn’t the best either especially for the price for the room! The room had an old musty smell at arrival! The pull out couch mattress was old and nasty with lots of stains on it I didn’t let anyone sleep on it we slept on the actual couch. Overall I’d give this stay experience a 4/10 because of other personal issues that were resolved, the cleanliness was a 5/10 because the w was clean but the smell and the pull out couch threw me off. The staff was friendly and understanding that service I’ll give a 8/10.

It’s right on the Oklahoma River with a nice walking path. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. Their continental breakfast was very nice and clean. There were fresh cookies when we arrived!!

I like the consistency of floor plans at Hampton. I like that sufficient room illumination is provided. Plenty of hot water and clean sheets and towels. 2 of the ice machines encountered were out of service, but things like that happen. The hot tub was the best we had encountered with strong jets and perfect temperature. Concierge staff very polite and professional. Some of the room furnishings were a little shabby (torn fabric on sofa bed,scars and mars on wood furnishings), but did not detract from an overall pleasant experience.
