The night clerk was very nice and did her best to accommodate us. The key card machine was not working and we had to wait an hour and a half at midnight to get into our room. Once we were finally in and got in bed, we realized the heat didn’t work. It was 20 degrees outside. We never got keys, we froze, and we were almost knocked down by the marijuana smoke/smell in the hallway outside are door. We will not be returning.

This was nice hotel but has no maintenance on call - shower was broken making it very difficult for me asked for it to be repaired or us be moved to another room- hotel overbooked so promised to credit both nights and I check out and went to another hotel which was a bigger disaster .

Paper thin walls to where you could hear entire conversations. The shower in the first room didn’t work (couldn’t change from bathtub to shower) and when we called the front desk to tell them about it, she made it sound like we broke it and that it was an inconvenience to her that we would have to switch rooms. The hotel looked nice and the room was very clean. But the lobby was very muggy. The hot water in the room never got hot, just a little warm. My wife really wanted to use the hot tub but it, while it was hot the bubbles would not work.

It smelled good as you entered and hallways, elevators, and our room was very clean. We stayed in a king room with a pullout sofa. I really liked the layout. The closet area had shelves and drawers with great places to put our things. Extra chairs, and a long desk/table space. Very comfortable. Staff were very kind and helpful.
