Absolutely terrible customer service. I booked a wheelchair accessible room and got there to find out they didnt have it available and tried to out us on the third floor. They wanted my friend to literally crawl up stairs! Absurd!!! THEN I asked him to just cancel the reservation which he decided and charged me anyway for the room!!! Do not stay here! Rude and they discriminate against the disabled. 0 stars if I could give it.

This place has complete false advertisement. It’s a drug dealer/ junkie motel. The 2 “non” smoking rooms they let me look in before i cancelled my month stay smelled of cigarettes and weed not to mention the giant fluid stains on floor and bed.

What a bargain!

Another great experience with InTown Suites in Edmond! It is an older facility but has been updated and is kept clean and comfortable. It is an excellent stay for the price!

I don't understand why they need id of All guests That was very inconvenient if all guests are not able to get there at check in time, but they still charge me even when I didn't use the room or they didn't check me in They excuse was bla bla politics of the hotel motel or whatever it's.
