Great stay, mix up at check in

Our stay was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating. My only negative was we book a suite and paid for it, when we checked in and got to the room it was a regular 2 queen beds. We had 2 adults and children ages 10, 13, and 17. I booked the suite because it had a pullout bed. They said the manager would contact be about a refund, but no one has reached out. I will say that the staff was great and gave us a roll away. But they were booked for the night and said we could get into a suite the next day, but then we would have to pack all our stuff, wait for a room to be cleaned, then move. It wasn't something I wanted, so I said just keep us in the same room and just refund the price difference of the rooms.

Check in & check out was very easy. The room was clean. The breakfast was ok. Your standard cereal, waffles & yogurt. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the hot tub. The hot tub wasn't working correctly. It was warm but the jets weren't working. Hotel was close to many restaurants & a Walmart.

Loved this place!! Would definitely stay again!! The pool and the hot tub was sooo amazing!! I just wish we had a little bit more options in breakfast!! But other wise the breakfast was really good!!! The bathroom was definitely the BEST part of the room!!! I loved the mirror and the shower!!!

I've stayed her several times an its always been a great experience. The only thing this time was they were having issues with their system and checking in took longer than normal and I even did the pre-check in. I had to have my cards to my room reset every day I was there as well. But, other then that the staff is always great, very clean, safe and easily accessible area.
