Water pressure was awful. Hot water not hot. Bathtub old with some mildew and mold. Room was clean. Didn’t replace used cups or ice bucket bag. Front desk personnel very nice. Breakfast meh. It was exceptional for a La Quinta which are usually nasty. I try to avoid La Quinta if possible. Price was acceptable and because of the area I took a chance. Wasn’t bad but could have been better. $10 to $20 more would have gotten me much better accommodations just a little further away from venue that we were attending. Next time I will spend the extra for better.

OK stay

Everything was really well with the hotel. The only two things that I wish would have been better was (1) hardly any hot water. The water was lukewarm but not hot. Never had hot water to wash my face in the bathroom sink. (2) Don’t know if the air conditioning system broke but it leaked water and seldomly worked. The one thing that I was really impressed by was how the hotel was very pet friendly.

Staff was very nice, and willing to help. You can tell they are in the process of upgrading things at the hotel, when we first got to the room the entrance light was not working and water pressure for showers was lacking.

The manager was AMAZING. But that was about it. Our Ac was not working very well but our first night was cool but it was supposed to warm up the next day. so we told the lady that was there when we first got there, she said she would let maintenance and staff know the next morning. When we got up the next morning for breakfast I went to ask the next lady if she knew when maintenance was coming in to fix our AC. She had no idea our AC wasn’t working. But said she would have someone look at it. (We left for the day and when we got back way later in the day) a new lady was there. My husband went to ask if anyone was able to look at it and the manager peaked her head around the corner and said we didn’t even know about it?? So she came down personally and did a reset on it and got it working. Same thing happened with our friends that were staying there as well but with their hot water they had to take a cold shower two days in a row and were told it was being fixed then told it was fixed and it wasn’t. They ended up having to switch rooms our last day there to get hot water. And some of the staff you could tell just loved their job so much… JOKE. So rude. However they did have a couple of ladies that were nice
