While the breakfast was one notch above motel, the strong coffee and soft comfortable bed makes all the difference when you’ve spent 12 hours driving. Waffles, biscuits/gravy ( needed salt and pepper), hotel eggs, tiny yogurts.

Terrible stay

One of the worst hotel stays our family has experienced! I had to ask for linens for the pull out bed. We never had the right amount of towels, and one day they didn’t leave us any. The air conditioner was barely limping along, the room was always stuffy. And if you wanted the shower or sink to drain, this isn’t the place for you. When taking a shower be prepared to stand in ankle deep water. I’m not sure which stains were more gross the toilet or the hallway carpet. We were told at check in that the keys to this hotel demagnetize very easy. They were not exaggerating. It demagnetized every day and I didn’t store it with my phone or other electronics. The night attendant was less than thrilled to fix it every evening, even when I tried to joke about it. The night attendant also didn’t seem to care when we mentioned things that needed to be addressed in our room. The only redeeming quality of this hotel was the clean bed linens.

Not too bad of a stay.

First off, I booked it trying to use my credits. While the prive was discounted, I had to pay and didn't get to use my credits. Not sure if I read about a hot tub or saw it in a photo. A family member mentioned this location was great when they stayed a few years back. Surprise...indoor pool yes. Hot tub, no. No hot water for showers...that was disappointing. Toilet seat seemed to be broken. Free breakfast offered great options but the food was cold. It was a quiet building and location was close to a variety of restaurant options. It was simply a quick trip to give us exhausted seniors a chance to rest after a long day of celebrating Christmas with family.

Okay.

We got there ready for a hot shower and the water was cold. I asked to be moved due to the wawr issue and they wouldnt do thatThe pet area had a full bag the first day and was just overflowing when we left. The microwave didnt work and they said they could let me in another room to heat my food up. The room was nice but i had no hot water or microwave the whole time despite my complants. The last day the offered to wace pet fee but still very unsatisfactory.
