The room and hotel were very nice. No refrigerator in the room which was inconvenient and only found ice on the first floor which was also inconvenient, but otherwise, stay was fine. Beds were very comfortable.

Very disappointed

It was fine at first but then the hotel lost electricity from a wind storm which is unconscionable, I get it. So I went down and politely asked for a refund so I could go get a different room with electricity. I was told they were unable because they weren’t able to access their system to refund me but assured me they were working on getting the electricity back on soon and I would not be charged for that night. So with no other option I reluctantly stayed and we were without power for more than 12 hrs. We were on the 4th floor and the stairs were pitch black dark because of no windows or emergency lights and we had small children. Now fast forward to check out morning, mind you it was before 8am, the front desk starts blowing up the room phone telling me I needed to come pay for a night that they claimed I didn’t pay for. So I go down to figure out what is going on and to show them I did in fact pay for my 2 rooms for the 2 nights but not the third cause I was told they would not charge me because of the power fiasco. Anyway apparently it was all a scheme to keep us there and it happened to other costumers too. There was a lot of very upset people because I wasn’t the only one that got told we weren’t being charged for that night. Anyway lesson learned and won’t be ever staying at that hotel again because they are dishonest and their word means nothing. Very disappointed. Oh and the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on in the room next to you!

Overall good

Pros: Staff was very friendly. Check in was very easy & quick. Beds were very comfortable. Room was spacious & had plenty of storage. Parking lot was well lit, & the hotel was easy to access since it was right off the highway. Cons: The room was so hot, so we had to turn on AC, but it was complicated to figure out how to. After calling front desk, we finally got it figured out. But room was still a bit warm for us. The boxspring was dirty & stained. And when i did my bed bug check, the side table was very stained & sticky too. You could tell nobody's cleaned it in a long time. The bathroom needed cleaned better, especially in the corners & bottom of shower. Lastly website said breakfast, but didn't mention you'd have to pay for it. Overall I would stay here again, but I'd check for cleanliness before settling into our room.

This was my first time staying at a Radisson and it was great. The beds were very comfortable and the stand up shower with sliding glass doors was excellent. I will most definitely be back!!
