Room was ok, very spacious however the AC wouldn’t work. When we told the front desk they tried to say we had the heater on which was bull$&!@….. Handy but wouldn’t stay there again.

There were prepackaged croissants to heat up, yogurt, cereal, and waffles for breakfast. The bathroom in our room had brown stains on the door, and the rooms and hallways smelled stale. The hot tub looked green due to the stains, and you could smell the chlorine as soon as you wenter the hotel. The beds were comfortable though.

The room was clean. Staff was helpful. Parking was easy. I enjoyed the hot tub and pool area. Breakfast had limited options but was enjoyable nonetheless. Area was relatively safe- did not hear anything weird or concerning from my room. Also, the doors lock at night, which made me feel safer.

The first thing we noted was there were no towels, at all in our room. We had to call down to the desk. The tub is very old and needs replacing.

Wonderful Staff!!

We were in OKC for a family emergency. Started out with 2 nights, extended another 2 nights, then finally a 5th night. Everyone was very helpful in facilitating the extension. The staff was wonderful!!! To be honest, they were the bright spot of our visit.The hot tub felt excellent after all day at the hospital. I would go back due to the staff anyday!!

The hot tub was so relaxing. The staff even left it open a little later than usual for me and my wife because several children were in the pool all day. That was going above and beyond.
