The floor in the room felt sticky or dirty. Pool was dirty for it to be empty. Very limited breakfast options. Seen a roach on the wall on our last night. Only like 2 outlets on the wall worked. When using the outlet on the lamps the charger overheated.

We had broke down prior to arriving at this hotel. The man informed us that we only had an hour or so in the room, we still wanted to take a shower since the room was paid for and there wasn’t any refunds. He made sure to have his housekeeping, knocking on the door five minutes prior to our departure to make sure that we leave on time dispute all the troubles we been thru. They had breakfast cleaned up by 9 am so we weren’t even able to get a cup of coffee or any oatmeal to hold us over for a restaurant. The hotel was fairly decent, but I feel like the guy could have been a little bit more understanding of our situation and given us an extra 10 or 20 minutes to take a shower and relax for a minute.

Great stay!!

We were very pleased with the friendly staff and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The room was really nice, comfortable bed, and spacious. It was walking distance from restaurants and fast food. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT STAY HERE. Literally have the most diabolical “policies” I ordered at double bed room, & I put me and my friend would stay. A double room can accommodate for 4 people. An additional guest stayed but was never told to me directly he couldn’t or I would’ve paid the extra or put him on the list. Instead they waited until I checked out to tell me and then told me they were keeping my deposit because of it and that I couldn’t stay there anymore. I tried to swim at there pool with my MINOR CHILD & his little friend. & was declined due to my son not being on the reservation which he was only there to visit and swim during guest hours. I was literally told he can come to my room but does not have access to their amenities. He’s an 8 yr old child that just wanted to swim. I thought I was paying to stay at a hotel for the amenities? & you’re saying I have access but not my child???? Crazy. & crazy to wait until I check out to tell me I can’t come back and you’re keeping my deposit. Instead of opening your mouth and saying something before so we could come to a resolution.

With one exception, everything was fine. The shower stall was a safety hazard - when wet, the hard plastic floor was very slippery, and for an older person, this is a non-starter. Although everything else was fine, this aspect will stop me from using the property again.
