My stay was wildly inconvenient. The first room i was assigned was inaccessible because "some of the rooms are having card reader errors on the doors." I had to go up and down to the room twice before they told me that/assigned me to a new room. And that would have been bad enough, but the card for the next room had to be reset 3 different times. At one point i got locked out of the back door and had to walk around the entire building! I book places based off convenience and im thoroughly disappointed in the lack of it during this trip.

The person working the front desk was not friendly or inviting at all. I waited at the desk for a few minutes before they appeared and checked me in. I also watched several other people struggle to find help at the front counter (one person waiting over five minutes after I showed up in the lobby/ another shouting for help to check in) Other than that, everything is great!
