The heat did not work. Room did not get warmer than 54 degrees. There was no phone in room to call front desk so you physically had to go to office to request but by that time it was just as easy to leave. Checked in at 12:30 am left by 5:30 am. Asked for refund was told I would get one but never did.

This hotel was a complete nightmare. The bedspread was nasty, heat didn't work, the faceplate was off the plug, the shower knob came off in my hand, the phone in the room didn't work, nor the tv. They did come and fix the shower & plug. In the night there was a mouse in my room. They said they would give me a mouse trap. I asked to change rooms and they only had one smoking room I could move to. After lots of conversation they finally agreed to move me to a different room. That room smelled like body odor, had wash rags that looked used and stained, had a light that flickered on and off on its own, which was plugged into the only working plug in the room. I have pictures and videos.

We checked in with our doggies at 10:15 PM and were greeted very kindly. They had our 1 night reserved room ready and cooled down well. We slept great! The breakfast is cereal, toast, waffles, coffee and milk, and juice. It was so appreciated after our long evening of our truck breakdown and the kind man towing us to the Super 8. They let us wait in the lobby until the tow truck came to get us later that day. Our doggies were treated with friendly and kind responses. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to rest and regroup after a long day of driving then breaking down on the side of the road for 4 hours waiting for our kind angles to pick us up and take us to the angles who staff the Super 8 Henryetta, OK.
