No heat no breakfast

When I checked in at the front to get my key to the room, she told his breakfast would be from 9 to 11 and when we woke up the next morning, it was already over. It was from 6 to 9. Then we didn’t have heat all night and froze. I told the lady at the front and she just apologized like she didn’t care.

We have stayed here before and have no problems, however this most recent stay we had to wait to check in. The staff said the computer had shut her out and she was talking to someone to help her login in.
