Excellent host

Our host Ivica was amazing from fresh brewed coffee in the morning to sharing fresh home made soup when we arrived to running me back to Trogir after calling the restaurant to find out my credit card was there! He even drove us to the airport at the end of our stay. A lovely warm and friendly man who made our stay memorable. 4 stars for the location as we did not realise it was up a short steep hill from the beach. Otherwise 5 stars!

It was lovely property and very clean. It was reaching distance of the beech,town & restaurants

We had a fab time here villa knez and we wish to return. If we needed anything the owner Ivica we sort it out for you from airport transfers, car hire to cooking meals for you at a reasonably price. He does an excellent barbecue/grill. I recommend it 100%.

Super Unterkunft, sehr nette Vermieter, tolle Lage, sehr empfehlenswert

Schönster Urlaub!

Die Villa Knez ist eine tolle Unterkunft mit einem super entspannten Gastgeber. Ivica ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns in jeder Situation mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Wir ĂŒbernachteten 11 NĂ€chte im kleinen Apartment im EG, welches sehr ordentlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Man hat dort alles, was man braucht. Das Meer mit kleinem (privaterem) Strand ist nur ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt. Das Wasser glasklar. Der Pool am Apartment ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Hier kann man auch wunderbar den Abend ausklingen lassen oder den Sonnenuntergang genießen! Man erreicht alles bequem zu Fuß - Restaurants, Apotheke, Supermarkt, BĂ€cker und auch die grĂ¶ĂŸeren StrĂ€nde. Mit eigenem Auto oder Mietwagen steht ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Villa Knez bereit. Alles in allem sind wir sehr froh, bei Ivica zu Gast gewesen zu sein! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Toller Urlaud in Okrug Gornji

Toller Aufenthalt in sehr schöner Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer NÀhe zu einem kleinen Strand mit Anlegestelle. Viele weitere StrÀnde auf der Insel Ciovo ganz in der NÀhe. Sehr netter, unkomplizierter Empfang und Aufenthalt, super Vermieter (danke Ivica). Sehr ruhige Lage und trotzdem alles nötige wie Restaurants, Supermarkt und Àhnliches ganz in der NÀhe. Kurze Entfernung nach Trogir (toll), Split (auch toll) und zum Flughafen. Rundum ein schöner Urlaub.

Wir waren 11 NĂ€chte hier bei Ivica zu Gast. Es war alles perfekt sauber als wir kamen. Wir konnten sofort ins Appartement rein. Nie habe ich etwas so persönliches Erlebt wie hier. Er hat fĂŒr uns gegrillt,man saß Abends noch zusammen und hat gelacht und auch etwas getrunken. Im ganzen ein gelungener Urlaub,weil es extrem persönlich und authentisch war. Preisleistung 1a , geht nicht besser. Im großen und ganzen gab es eigentlich durchweg positives zu berichten. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefĂŒhlt. Fazit: Es war selten so schwierig aus einem Urlaub abzureisen,weil man sich so wohl gefĂŒhlt hat. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Urlaub bei Freunden

Sehr zu empfehlen! Ivica ist ein toller Gastgeber, der stets um das Wohl seiner GĂ€ste besorgt ist. Hier fĂŒhlt sich jeder sofort willkommen. Wir hatten das kleine 2 Zimmer Appartement mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern belegt. Auch wenn es hier nur ein Schlafzimmer gibt, war der Platz völlig ausreichend. Den Kindern stand im Wohnzimmer ein großes Schlafsofa zur VerfĂŒgung. Das komplette Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alles was man braucht ist im Ort vorhanden. Es gibt sehr viele schöne StrĂ€nde in der Umgebung, hierfĂŒr wird allerdings ein Auto benötigt. FĂŒr das morgendliche Bad im Meer gibt es einen Strand nur 100 m von der Wohnung entfernt. Wichtig zu beachten wĂ€re, das der Pool am Haus nur zum großen Studio Appartement gehört und nur von diesen GĂ€sten genutzt werden kann. FĂŒr alle anderen GĂ€ste steht ein schöner Whirlpool bereit. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir haben mit Ivica einen neuen Freund gefunden und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Wir haben eine Woche schönen Urlaub gemacht. Sehr guter Empfang vom Besitzer mit kalten GetrĂ€nken. Besitzer hat fĂŒr uns eineLieferung aus der örtlichen BĂ€ckerei gemacht. Auf Vorbestellung gibst FrĂŒhstĂŒck und Abendessen. Wenn nĂ€chstes Jahr klappt, machen wir gerne noch ein mal Urlaub dort.

Ottima sistemazione a Otok Ciovo

Appartamento spazioso e pulito con un bello spazio esterno per rilassarsi la sera. Piscina piccola ma molto funzionale. Bella tettoia esterna comune con tavoli e panche per mangiare fuori a disposizione degli ospiti. Dall' appartamento si puo' raggiungere a piedi in 10 min una bella spiaggia di ciotoli bianchi immersa nella natura.

Super Urlaub in toller Umgebung. Sehr schöne Unterkunft.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub in dem kleinen Ort Okrug Gornji. Die Ferienwohnung entspricht komplett dem Inserat. Alles sauber und komplett. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilft bei allen Fragen ĂŒber Land und Leute weiter. Hier fĂŒhlt man sich sofort sehr willkommen. Das Objekt befindet sich in ruhiger Lage mit kurzem Weg zum Strand. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Klasse Urlaub in der NĂ€he von Split!

GemĂŒtliches und sauberes Appartement mit AtmosphĂ€re in ruhiger Lage. In fußlĂ€ufiger NĂ€he schöne StrĂ€nde sowie Restaurants, Freizeit- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wundervolle Ferienwohnung und toller Gastgeber (Wonderful location and host )

Die Ferienwohnung und das gesamte Objekt sind wundervoll, sauber, sehr schön gelegen, kinderfreundlich und einfach nur gemĂŒtlich. Ivica ist ein toller Gastgeber, der uns immer geholfen und super bewirtet hat. Ich hatte selten einen so schönen Urlaub! Weiter so! Wir kommen wieder :-) The apartmentis wonderful, clean, well located, child friendly and super cosy. Ivica is a wonderful host, who helped us a lot and made us feel at home! Fantastiskt fint boende

LÀgenheten Àr mycket frÀsch och fin, rent av bÀttre Àn bilderna visar. Ivica med familj Àr mycket gÀstvÀnliga och vi kÀnde oss mycket vÀlkomna. Det finns en hÀrlig terrass med en fantastisk utsikt och poolen Àr mycket fin och vi tillbringade mÄnga timmar dÀr, Àven pÄ kvÀllen med belysningen tÀnd i poolen. Det Àr mycket lugnt och tyst i omrÄdet och fantastisk koltrastsÄng pÄ morgonen. Det Àr bara ca 100 m ner till hamnen dÀr det finns en liten badplats, men det finns en mycket finare badplats (Vela Draga) om man följer stigen förbi Jole lÀngs vattnet pÄ den vÀnstra sidan av hamnen ca 1km. Missa inte den! Det Àr praktiskt med en hyrbil och man kan parkera direkt vid Villa Knez. Den lilla staden Trogir Àr otroligt mysig och vi tillbringade mÄnga kvÀllar dÀr. Det var lÀtt att fÄ parkering andra sidan vattnet pÄ norrsidan av Trogir och sedan gÄ över den lilla trÀbron in till staden. Om vi besöker Split igen, skulle vi definitivt vÀlja Villa Knez. Rekommenderas.

Locatie dicht bij het strand met zeer vriendelijke gastheer

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. Het appartement is netjes en functioneel ingericht. Villa Knez ligt dicht bij het strand van Mavra. Trogir is ook goed bereikbaar (15-20 minuten). Ivica is een zeer vriendelijke gastheer, wie heerlijk kan koken. Zeer de moeite waard een maaltijd door hem te laten bereiden. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Super séjour, super accueil

NOUS PARTONS TOUT JUSTE DE L ILE DE CIOVO OU NOUS AVONS VRAIMENT PASSE UN SUPER SEJOUR. Surtout nous avons été trÚs trÚs bien accueilli par notre hÎte toujours aux petits soins... Pour le coup je n ai pas le souvenir d un tel accueil en France. Le logement est super équipe avec tout le confort moderne, une piscine et la mer tout à cÎté. Je recommande vivement !

TrÚs bon séjour à cÎté de Trogir

Nous avons passé quelques jours trÚs sympathiques, accueil trÚs chaleureux de notre hÎte, trÚs disponible pour nous à tout moment, les logements sont trÚs propres, bien équipés et aménagés avec gout, en trÚs bon état. Il y a en plus une cuisine commune extérieure parfaitement équipée et une terrasse trÚs conviviale. La piscine est également trÚs agréable, la mer est à 1 minute à pieds, une petite plage. Bref excellent séjour ! je recommande .
