Great balcony with table and chairs + umbrellas + sun loungers, and a huge garden with trees much shade. On the rear side there is a barbecue, table and benches. Likewise, further sun loungers. Shaded Parking finished behind the house for 1-3 cars. Beautiful ocean views from every room summarizes possible. Including air conditioning throughout, satellite TV and washing machine. The house is ideal for groups up to 10 people. In the month of April + May + June + September + October, a lease for 5 persons is possible for a special price on request.
