Fully equipped two bedroom apartment with a private balcony and a shared garden and sunny terrace This holiday apartment is located in the Dalmatian coastal town of Okrug Gornji, only approximately a two-minute walk from the beach, shops, restaurants, a bakery, etc.
This 37m² air-conditioned apartment is in a three-storey apartment building that hosts another four holiday apartments.
It features a seating area with flat-screen TV, a kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and a balcony with either sea view or garden view. We cannot guarantee sea view apartment, it's due to availability. Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge with freezer compartment, kitchenette, stove, microwave, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, etc. Apartment is about 37 m² in size.
Bed linen, pillows, towels and toiletries are included in the price. Travel beds for babies and high chairs are available free of charge. There is a fully equipped shared laundry room on the ground floor of the building and its use is also free of charge. The building is completely covered with free wireless Internet.
The apartment has a private balcony. Downstairs in the garden, the shared terrace with garden furniture and sunshade, grill/barbecue is fully equipped. There is a gated parking lot on the property for more than 10 cars. Remotes are provided to open/close the gate.
The owners live in the house next door, and they are always available if you need any help. A security deposit is not required, but guests are asked to treat the apartment as their own home. City tax is included in the price.
The main beach is 2 min walking distance from the property. Over there you can find many shops, restaurants, ATM's, car and bike rental services, water sports, etc. The beach is accessible via a ramp so that, e.g. prams and handcarts can be taken along. The town centre is approximately 2 km away and can be also reached by walking (20 minutes). There is also a taxi boat that stops just 70 meters away from the property that will take you to Trogir centre. Split is 30 km away. The nearest airport is Split Airport, 8 km from the property.
