The apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern building recently built and equipped with all amenities. To welcome guests there is the furnished patio with dining area that overlooks the pool shared with the upstairs apartment. From the patio guests enter the living area made up of an open space with sofa, TV, dining table and kitchen equipped with everything needed for preparing delicious meals. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds, one of which can be pulled out. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.At guests' disposal amenities such as air conditioning, heating with heat pump, wifi, washing machine and iron.Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of June to the 30th of September. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. The area of Pittulongu offers different types of accommodation, restaurants and services, and it is a perfect location to visit the wonders of the Costa Smeralda.
