It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom with private bathroom, second bedroom and second bathroom; the property is completed by a veranda with sea view furnished with table and chairs, a large green area surrounding the cottage to allow even children to stay outdoors in freedom and tranquillity and parking spaces. There is a TV, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and an outdoor shower. It is the ideal cottage for lovers of the beautiful sea and at the same time to enjoy maximum peace and privacy. The beach is about 600 metres away and can be easily reached on foot, but those who wish to go there by car can do so because the cottage has free parking 200 metres from the First Beach of Porto Istana. The beach is also suitable for children as it slopes gently, while the main services are to be found in nearby Murta Maria. Possibility of increasing the maximum occupancy of the flat to five persons, should the fifth person be a child. The cottage is also suitable as a starting point for visiting the beaches on the north-east coast of Sardinia, from Budoni to the Costa Smeralda.
