INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Caletta 10 is located on one level: the entrance leads to the living room and the small kitchenette equipped with cooktop and fridge/freezer. The living area includes a dining table that can also be used as a laptop workspace. A sliding window gives access to the covered veranda with table and sea view over the Gulf of Cugnana and the surrounding greenery. From the living room, a hallway leads to a double bedroom and a twin bedroom; the bathroom is equipped with a shower. Near the entrance, there is a reed-covered area with a reserved parking spot. Access to the pool and tennis court is reserved for guests of the La Caletta complex. POOL OPENING - mid-June to mid-September.



OUTDOOR SPACES

The covered veranda is ideal for outdoor meals and relaxation, offering panoramic views of the sea and the lush Mediterranean vegetation. Outside, there is a reserved covered parking space. The rocky beach within the residence is just a short walk away. Guests can also enjoy a seasonal shared swimming pool and a tennis court surrounded by greenery.



LOCATION AND DISTANCES

Caletta 10 is part of the well-maintained residential complex "La Caletta di Porto Rotondo", nestled within 100,000 sqm of Mediterranean scrub with native and scenic shrubs such as century-old junipers, wild olive trees, rockroses, and myrtles. The complex overlooks the Gulf of Cugnana, facing Portisco, and is made up of several small residential units spaced apart to create a quiet and private environment. The entire area gently slopes down to the sea, accessible through a small, shallow beach. Ira Beach is about 3 km away.

The residence includes reed-covered private parking (one per apartment) and guest parking. Just before the entrance, you’ll find the popular restaurant with pool “Stella di Gallura,” a favorite in the summer months. Approximately 3.5 km away (a five-minute drive), you’ll reach the center of Porto Rotondo, with its boutiques, bars, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. You can stroll along the charming marina where yachts of all sizes dock. Numerous restaurants are nearby: Lu Stazzu (1200 m), I Valentini (1500 m), Locanda Rudalza (1400 m). The nearest bus stop is on Via Monte Ladu (stop: V.M.Ladu fr. I.Piumica), 700 meters from the house. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is 16 km away.
