The lower floor hosts a double bedroom and a twin bedroom connected to each other, plus a second bathroom with shower. The environment is quiet and welcoming, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or on an excursion.

The panoramic terrace offers a splendid view of the Gulf of Cugnana, ideal for admiring sunrise or sunset over the sea of north-eastern Sardinia. The property also includes a private covered parking space and is just a few meters from the condominium swimming pool and the complex's tennis court (pool open from 15/06 to 15/09).
