The listed properties are private homes and villas owned and rented by their respective landlords in accordance with Italian Law L.431/98 and Art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 Region of Sardinia. They are not hotel accommodations.

• Electricity (and sometimes water) consumption may be calculated based on usage and charged at the end of the stay.
• Upon arrival, a security deposit will be blocked on the guest’s credit card (physical card required).
