Set on the ground floor of a beautifully restored 19th-century residence on Via delle Terme 18, AZULIS Terme Suite 1 offers refined comfort in the heart of Olbia’s historic centre. Designed for up to four guests, the suite reflects the AZULIS philosophy of design, comfort, and understated Sardinian elegance, where beauty and simplicity coexist naturally.
The suite opens onto a private garden and a furnished terrace, creating a peaceful setting for slow breakfasts, relaxed afternoons, or an aperitivo in the soft evening light. Indoors, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. The living area features a 75-inch Smart TV, JBL Bluetooth sound system, and ultra-fast Wi-Fi, making it equally suited for relaxation or remote work. The custom-made CREO kitchen is fully equipped and designed for everyday ease, whether preparing a light breakfast or a spontaneous dinner.
Sleeping arrangements are flexible and comfortable. The bedroom features a king-size bed, while the living area includes a premium sofa bed with an additional topper. Both are prepared with high-quality mattresses, premium linens, and soft pillows to ensure restorative rest. Each sleeping area has its own Smart TV, allowing everyone to enjoy quiet moments independently.
A curated beach kit is included, with towels, a parasol, a cooler bag, and reusable ice packs, making beach days effortless. Arrival is seamless thanks to Vikey Smart Access, allowing secure, fully digital self check-in at any time. Optional gated parking is available on request.
Just outside the gate, Olbia’s historic centre unfolds with trattorias, wine bars, cafés, and small boutiques all within walking distance. Guests also receive access to the RENTAL12 Digital Guidebook, curated by Floriana and Kristina, featuring house instructions, ZTL and parking guidance, taxi and airport contacts, medical services, restaurants, cafés, beaches, and local markets, always updated and mobile-friendly.
Every AZULIS apartment is maintained using eco-certified cleaning products, energy-efficient systems, and local suppliers as part of RENTAL12’s Conscious Hospitality approach.
