This beautiful apartment, spread over two levels within a residential complex with direct access to the sea, opens on a staircase leading to the living area: a very bright open space furnished with a sofa, a TV set, a dining table, a fully-equipped kitchen and, finally to a first covered terrace with dining area with a wonderful sea view. Going upstairs guests can reach the sleeping area, which includes three bedrooms, two with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds, one of which can be pulled out upon request. Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout.



The highlight of this apartment is definitely the outdoor spaces: in addition to the large covered veranda accessible from the living area, the bedrooms have access to two terraces on the upper floor, one directly overlooking the sea, furnished with sun loungers and a dining table perfect for enjoying delicious outdoor meals.
