A manor house located in the locality of Sa Piscaiola, halfway between the beach of Sa Piscaiola (about 100 metres away), La Spiaggia del Dottore and the Spiaggia delle Tre Sorelle, all of which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Surrounded by a large park, the structure is spread over two levels. On the lower level is the annexe with laundry area, while on the upper level is a large flat with veranda and view of the gulf, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The old building was completely renovated in 2021 keeping the original style of what was once the guest quarters of Don Gelmini's old community. From the large park of Mediterranean maquis and succulent plants, one reaches the structure that opens onto the hill from which there is a 180° view of the entire gulf. The large patio with a relaxation and dining area, introduces us to the flat where there is a large and modern fully equipped kitchen and a TV area. This is completed by 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. The entire property is equipped with wi-fi connection and air conditioning. Pets are not allowed.

The entire structure is for exclusive use and there are no common areas to share with other guests. Outside there is a solarium, a BBQ and a large relaxation area from which to enjoy the view or read a good book. Possibility of home delivery of groceries and transfer .

The structure is equipped with all comforts and is very close to the beach. In addition, its proximity to Olbia airport means it can also be reached by bus or taxi. However, a car is recommended as, although it is served by public transport, the Porto Istana stop is quite far from the facility and walking could be quite tiring and inconvenient soppratutto in the presence of luggage.
