The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms with wardrobes and private bathrooms: on the ground floor, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (shower) and air conditioning; on the lower level (semi-basement with French doors/windows facing a lightwell), a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. A reserved parking space is available at the foot of the building.
