The layout is practical and well-organised, making this holiday apartment in Pittulongu suitable even for longer stays. Upon arrival, a pre-authorisation will be placed on the guest’s credit card (cardholder must be physically present). The amount will be automatically released after departure release times depend on the issuing bank. In the event of damagesrule violations, a proportional amount may be withheld.

After booking, guests must complete the online check-in procedure via our dedicated portal by uploading identity documents and selfies. All data is processed in accordance with GDPR. A tourist rental agreement must be signed it is issued in Italian and provided with an English courtesy translation before arrival.

Keys are collected at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Guests are kindly asked to use the appropriate bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.
