Set inside a fully restored 150-year-old Sardinian monument, this one-bedroom duplex blends historic character with modern comfort and thoughtful design. Ideal for couples, small families, friends, or business travelers who want space, privacy, and a central yet quiet location.
LAYOUT AND COMFORT:
This is a two-level duplex designed for real living. The bright living area features a high-quality sofa bed for two with an added topper, making it comfortable for families or additional guests. Sound-insulated windows and adjustable air conditioning in every room ensure quiet nights and year-round comfort.
The upstairs bedroom includes a king-size bed with a hotel-level mattress, premium linens, custom ergonomic pillows, blackout curtains, and a walk-in closet. Guests consistently praise the sleeping comfort and calm atmosphere.
KITCHEN AND DINING:
The open CREO designer kitchen is fully equipped for proper cooking, not just light meals. It includes an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher with tablets, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, premium cookware, olive oil, salt, herbs, and first-night essentials. Ideal for family breakfasts, relaxed lunches, or dinner at home.
BATHROOM:
The modern bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, quality toiletries, always-hot water, and a full towel set per guest, including fast-dry beach towels. Everything is prepared to hotel-level cleanliness by our in-house team.
BEACH READY:
Beach towels, a parasol, and a cooling bag with ice packs are included, so you can head straight to Pittulongu, Bados, Tavolara, and nearby beaches.
CHECK-IN:
24/7 self check-in via VIKEY, directly from your smartphone. ID upload and selfie are required by Italian law. No keys, no waiting.
