Small, beautiful hotel with lovely views and a heated pool. Breakfast was extensive with à la carte options included as well as buffet. Dinner menu didn’t change while we were staying - apparently changes every few days so we only ate in the hotel once. Very beautifully presented gourmet food but limited options (3 per course). There are restaurants in the local area but you need a car to get to them. Couldn’t fault the service. One minor annoyance was that the evening housekeeping team came round every day whilst we were in the middle of showering pre dinner, at check in we had been offered a choice of three room fragrances and we think we missed out on this with the lack of evening housekeeping. Not remotely an issue overall but I wonder whether a slightly later evening turndown service could be provided. The massage was good, unusual not to complete any kind of health information form beforehand and would have appreciated a glass of water afterwards which is commonplace in other spa settings. We would definitely consider returning as it is 20 minutes from Olbia airport but you feel you are in the middle of nowhere.

My family and I had the absolute best experience staying at Sulia House this summer. If you're looking for charm, exceptional kindness, and professionalism, this is the place for you. Giovanna, Viola, and Gianluca are all class acts, providing attention to detail and care that made our stay truly unforgettable. Every personal touch they added made this trip even more special—including thoughtfully prepared to-go bags for our 6:30am airport departure, which meant the world to us. The junior suite was spacious and beautifully appointed, and our view was an absolute dream to wake up to every morning. The breakfast spread was both stunning and delicious, with fresh, local ingredients that perfectly captured the flavors of Sardinia. Everything about this property and the people who run it is phenomenal. The combination of genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and the magical setting creates an experience that goes far beyond just accommodation—it's a place that becomes part of your most cherished travel memories. We cannot recommend Sulia House highly enough and are already planning our return visit!

We had an amazing 5 night stay at Sulia House. It is a small boutique hotel located on a hillside with incredible views of the Porto Rotondo area. The hotel has a modern design with a great layout, impressive architecture, and very nice interior decor for both the common areas and the room. Every member of the staff was welcoming and friendly. The reception/concierge team helped us with restaurant reservations and planning logistics for daily activities. The restaurant service was excellent, both for breakfast and for the one night we dined in the restaurant. The bar staff provided a good assortment of drinks, including some local wine and cocktails, and also made for great late night conversations. Housekeeping was good and provided evening turndown service. The rooms had comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. We especially appreciated having Nespresso in the room and an iron for clothes, neither of which seem commonplace in Italy. There is also tea, a few snacks, and a small mini-bar. We did visit the gym which has basic cardio equipment and free weights. We also had a one hour massage at the spa (one person at a time), which we thought was very nice and relaxing. We highly recommend Sulia House Porto Rotondo and plan to stay here again on a future visit to Sardinia.

Beautiful property. Definitely a 'will return' and a high recommendation to go there. Comfortable room, great views, great dining and service in the dining room. Just a couple of issues that were below par for the exclusive experience you'll should have here: 1) Front desk person seemed to not take ownership for an issue with the room - there was an invasion of ants in the bathroom and the shower door also leaked into the bathroom aggressively. When reported to the front desk, the attendants reply was that the housekeeping service left at 6:30 (it was 7:00 pm when it happened). It felt as if she was leaving it up to us to deal with vs. assuring us it would be taken care of immediately. In the end someone did clean-up the bathroom and put some type of repellent down. That was good. 2) The room did not have an ice bucket, wine glasses or a wine opener. When we called down to get those standard items, we were informed that would be a 10.00 euro charge to get them delivered. Seemed odd to us and asked at checkout for it to be refunded, but they did not. 3) We had an early flight and it seemed like they may have had a control system for the availability of hot water in the showers. We had cold showers in the morning at 5:00 am.

O hotel é excelente. O café da manhã é muito bom e o atendimento é impecável. A localização é estratégica para quem está de carro e quer explorar a região. Sem carro, não recomendo. Quartos variam em tamanho. O nosso era espetacular e em posição que garantia privacidade (20). Há outros menores e os térreos ficam de certa forma expostos à área da piscina.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig mit schöner Aussicht. Der Service ist insgesamt sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist eher italienisch und nicht abwechslungsreich (wenig Obst, nur Weißbrot, drei Käsesorten...in einer Woche gab ich immer das gleiche). Zum Abendessen gibt es eine kleinere Karte mit sehr leckeren Gerichten, die preislich im oberen Segment zu finden sind. Die Zimmer sind leider sehr klein, es gibt wenig Stauraum und keine Sitzgelegenheit. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und sauber und der Garten wunderschön.
