Enjoy the best of north-eastern Sardinia in this house in Pittulongu, just 100 metres from the beach. Perfect for families, it is a two-level dwelling carefully detailed, with an elegant maritime style and a relaxing atmosphere, immersed in vegetation.
The house offers three spacious double bedrooms, all air-conditioned and furnished with references to the sea, ideal for relaxing in tranquillity after a day of sunshine. There are two bathrooms with shower, complete with courtesy sets and towels, designed to ensure comfort and practicality for all guests.
The living area is fresh and welcoming, with two comfortable sofas and a dining area perfect for spending time together. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge with freezer, hob, coffee machine with capsules included, kettle and toaster, to live in the house with the same comfort as one's own home.
Outside, a well-maintained garden accompanies you during the most beautiful moments of the day. You will find two separate dining areas for summer outdoor dinners and a relaxation corner with a small sofa, ideal for enjoying evenings under the stars. Parking available in front of the house.
To fulfil the identification requirements provided by Italian public safety regulations, Propertize requires all guests to complete the identification procedure through their secure check-in system before arrival. The procedure may include entering identification document details and identity verification.
