The villa’s pool is available for use from May 15th to September 30th. Guests should note that a security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival, along with a final cleaning fee of EUR 370. Additionally, a tourist tax may be applicable, depending on local regulations, and should be settled either upon arrival or a few days beforehand.
