In an idyllic and quiet location in the north of Olbia in the village of Rudalza, the modern vacation home Villa Speranza 2 is just 6 minutes by car from the beach Spiaggia di Marinella (3.3 km). The stylishly furnished, barrier-free vacation home with spectacular sea view has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and can accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities of the child-friendly accommodation include air conditioning, SAT-TV and a crib.
In the spacious outdoor area you will find a beautifully planted communal garden with sea view, a large sunbathing area with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Start a wonderful vacation day with a delicious breakfast in front of a beautiful backdrop on the covered terrace. You can reach a bus stop after 500 m. To the historic city center of Olbia you need only 13 minutes by car (10 km). Here you can stroll and explore the old town and the port. The beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda can be reached within 6-8 minutes by car, including Spiaggia di Marinella and Spiaggia di Ira (3.3 km - 4 km). Porto Rondo with its large marina is only 6 minutes away by car (3.6 km).
