    Gérant très serviable, logement très pratique pour visiter Olbia! Les abords ne sont pas très bien entretenus, mais le logement est bien modernisé. Très bien pour un court séjour sur Olbia

    Soggiorno eccellente!

    Ho alloggiato presso questa struttura in agosto 2016 e mi sono trovato benissimo. La casa è ben allestita, ha due camere da letto, due bagni, un ampio soggiorno, una cucina funzionale ed un ampio balcone. Tutto perfetto e pulito al nostro arrivo. La posizione è strategica, a soli 6/7 minuti dal Porto di Olbia ed a 8/9 minuti dall'aeroporto di Olbia. In 20/30 minuti riesci a spostarti con la macchina verso tutte le zone/spiagge più "frequentate" della Costa Smeralda. Consiglio vivamente questa soluzione per la propria vacanza in sardegna. Da segnalare la costante presenza di chi si occupa della casa, Younous: una persona educata, gentile, disponibile ad ogni tipo di evenienza. Ci ha fornito contatti di ristoranti ed altri luoghi di interesse quali compagnie per escursioni all'arcipelago della Maddalena.
