Cosy Unique Plus Hottub 6 is a detached, single-storey chalet that can accommodate 6 people. The wooden elements give it a natural look. The cosy living room has a sitting area with television. Achtung Schimmel und Dreck + schlechter Service!

Wäre die Unterkunft wie auf den Bildern angegeben gewesen, hätten wir bestimmt einen schönen Aufenthalt gehabt...aber was uns erwartete, war ein Witz! Wir hatten in einem der Zimmer Schimmel. Und nicht ein bisschen,sondern wirklich eine viertel Wand! Ich wünschte ich könnte hier Bilder hochladen..heftig! Wir haben es gemeldet, es wurde uns versichert,es komme jemand,um zu versuchen,den Schimmel zu beseitigen,doch wurde einfach nichts unternommen!! Begründung war, sie hätten keine Zeit dazu. Frech! Wir haben den ganzen Tag gewartet, abends dann die Hotline angerufen,da die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt war. Zu dem Zeitpunkt fanden wir zusätzlich gebrauchte Kondome!!!! Wir sollten zurückgerufen werden,aber nichts! Auch am nächsten morgen,nichts! Wir sind dann direkt erneut zur Rezeption. Anstelle dass uns hier direkt eine Entschädigung für deren schlechten Service und die gesundheitsgefährdende Unterkunft angebiten wurde,nein. Es müsse erst wer kommen,so sei das Vorgehen. Jetzt war also endlich die Möglichkeit jmd.zu schicken,der sich um das Problem kümmern sollte. Er hat den Schimmel eingesprüht mit Chlorreiniger. Schimmel danach nicht weg,dafür zusätzlich Chemikaliendämpfe.Also Zimmer gar nicht betretbar. Auch in den anderen Räumen entdeckten wir weiter Schimmel.. Wir sind früher abgereist. 10% Entschädigung haben wir bekommen für diese Hölle. Ein großer Witz! Ich empfehle niemandem diese Unterkunft !
