You will be ideally located to explore the department between the Puy de Dôme and the Chaîne des Puys, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the city of Clermont-Ferrand and its many attractions, the Monts du Sancy where you can enjoy many outdoor activities: hiking, skiing, water sports on the lakes, etc., the picturesque villages with their beautiful Romanesque churches: the basilicas of Orcival and Saint-Nectaire, for example. This cottage is adjoining a barn and is in the immediate vicinity of the Chez Antoine 63G1514 cottage. Possibility of renting both cottages together: cottage 63G1520. On the ground floor; large living room of 40m² with dining room, lounge, open kitchen and table that can be used as a billiard table. A shower room/toilet, a storage room. On the 1st floor: a mezzanine, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bunk bed (the top bunk is prohibited for children under 6 years old). Outside, you'll enjoy a small, unfenced garden with a table, chairs, and a grill. Motorcycle storage is available in the adjoining barn. Heating is included. If linen is rented, beds will be made upon arrival. Shops and services are located in Olby (2.4 km) and Rochefort-Montagne (10 km).
