The main level features a welcoming great room with expansive lake views and a warm, inviting atmosphere perfect for gathering with family and friends after a day exploring the Adirondacks. The open-concept layout connects the comfortable living area to the fully equipped kitchen and dining space, creating a bright and functional setting for meals, entertaining, and lakeside relaxation.

Step outside onto the beautiful wraparound porch where guests can enjoy morning coffee, outdoor dining, or unforgettable Fourth Lake sunsets. The private waterfront area includes a sleek flat-roof boathouse and dock, providing easy access to the water for boating, fishing, swimming, and lakeside lounging beneath the Adirondack sky.

The home offers four comfortable bedrooms across two levels. On the main floor, one bedroom features a queen bed while the second includes two twin beds. The lower level offers two additional guest bedrooms, including one with a queen bed and another with two twin beds. Two full bathrooms — one on each level — provide convenience and comfort for larger families and groups.

The finished lower level also includes a second living room, offering additional space for relaxing, watching movies, playing games, or unwinding after a full day of Adirondack adventure.

Located just a short drive from both Old Forge and Inlet, guests have easy access to local restaurants, waterfront dining, breweries, hiking trails, marinas, shops, scenic drives, and family attractions including Enchanted Forest Water Safari and McCauley Mountain.

During the summer months, enjoy boating throughout the Fulton Chain of Lakes, kayaking, paddleboarding, mountain biking, hiking, swimming, and fishing.
