3 Bedroom 1.5 Bath Beach Cottage

Charming 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom beach house on Miami Beach with 4 parking spaces. Fully furnished kitchen, grill, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and cable tv are included.

The 1st floor has a large screened-in front porch, with a sitting area and ocean views to enjoy. There is also a full bathroom with a shower, an eat-in kitchen, and a living room with a pullout couch for guests and a large flat screen tv.

There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. 2 with full size beds and the 3rd with a full over queen bunkbed. The upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans and are open to the eaves. There are 1.5 baths and a hot water enclosed outdoor shower to wash away the sea salt after a dip in the Sound. A perfect family getaway.

Guests are encouraged to bring their own linens. If you would like the owner to provide linens, there is a $150 fee. The beds already have a mattress pad, bedspread and pillows. The fee covers sheets on every bed, 2 large towels, 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths per person.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be close to Lyme Academy of Fine Arts. A hot tub and laundry facilities are available. The cottage offers free WiFi and a kitchen.
