A community art studio offering workshops and studio time is just a short walk away (www.SterlingCityStudio.com). May through October on Saturdays historic Tiffany Farms (https://www.tiffanyfarmsct.org) offers local raised beef and hosts a farmers market featuring a variety of CT. grown and produced items.

The house is located in a rural hamlet along the eastern side of the Connecticut River, surrounded by woods, meadows, and wetlands. The landscape offers quiet and distance from urban pace, while remaining accessible.
