Small with a funky layout and no parking

When we pulled in there was a giant truck asking me if I knew how we were suppose to park as there was a sign that stated to “park at an angle” however there was already a car parked not at an angle, which resulted in the neighbor hollering to “get off her lawn” as we were not allowed to park in clearly the only open parking. There is one window in the whole unit that houses a single ac. Cooling the unit down was almost impossible.

My 3 yr old locked my 1 1/2 year old granddaughter in the bathroom. I called the host, he immediately sent someone up & she was able to get the door unlocked, thank goodness! Very pleased with the response time, thank you!

Misrepresented

Bare bones rental. No hangers in closet, no beach towels or chairs. Unit more run down than pictures displayed. Other rentals in area for this price point are way better.

Good Option

This property was clean and manager had good communication. Good option if you don’t want to stay in a motel. Only one bed but the kids slept on the two futons. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room since we were at Palace Playland, mini golf, and surrounding amenities (all in walking distance with teens). Great location off the main strip.

Old orchard beach

The exterior of the building was run down. Our unit had a slow drain bathroom sink, windows that rattled in the wind, a front door lock that was so loose, I thought it would fall off. The living area had no windows and felt claustrophobic. It was located a short distance from train tracks with multiple trains running through wnight. Overall it was not a good experience.
