Not large as stated

Listing states 10 can stay. That would be very tight. The kitchen is very small and only 4 could really fit in it. The apartment had a foul smell throughout the stay. The upstairs tenants were extremely loud. We were woken up at 7:00 AM by someone running throughout the upstairs apt. for 3 hours!! The positive-it seemed clean, it was fairly close to the beach.

Tight quarters and a/c units on the floor. Great and cozy for small family with small children. Had a great time anyways. Fridge and some of the dishes needed cleaning.

Ok property if cleanliness is not priority.

1. Property is conveniently located, but everything around closes very soon. Food and other amenities are difficult to get after 8pm. 2. Property is very dirty. Pet hair everywhere. Human hair on every bed, sheets, comforters. Managing with two kids with allergies is extremely difficult. 3. Kitchen is very small. Meal preps are tough. The adults managed by ordering from some place far off(30mins) but it was tough for the kids, specially the infant. 4. Bathrooms had no soap, no shampoo. Towels were provided. Closets were super dirty. Overall an ok place, if cleanliness and food are not someone's concerns. Not staying there again though.

At first, the pillow had smelled and I cannot find a hair dryer. However, the property management took action very quickly to change the pillow and bought a new hair dryer next morning. Overall, the property is good for a family!

Good location and very nice patio!

The property is as advertized, location is close to the beach (10 min walk) and attractions (15-20 min to the pier and Pirates Cove), and the patio is great! The street is very busy (lots of cars and super loud motorcycles), the house is very sunny (kind of hard to sleep in in the morning!), and the kitchen was a bit small for the 6 of us, but we very much enjoyed the house anyway and spent a lot of time on the patio! We would come back!

The house was great! Each kid was able to have their own room! The neighbor was very friendly. The internet worked great! The outside porch was covered in ash so I tried to keep the dog off it. Great location! Just a walk to the beach! Short drive to many restaurants! A/c in every bedroom sealed the deal! The host was very responsive and more than accommodating! We will definitely be back!!
