The condo was clean and as advertised. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Great location with easy walk to beach and restaurants. Our only frustration was that communication with management was significantly delayed for needs related to the unit that needed to be addressed. If communication hadn’t been so poor, this would be a 5 star rating.

Great stay at Old Orchard

Great stay at Old Orchard Beach. We didnt spend much time in the home as we kept busy but a few things to note. The shower door almost slid off so should probably be adjusted and the fridge is missing a handle, other than that, everything was just what we needed. Thank you again, we will be back again!

Great beach house but

We had a great stay in the upstairs half of the house. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, enough room to park 3 cars and short walk to beach area. However the house is older and needs some work. Only one AC unit (in the bedroom with no TV). Toilet kept clogging too. Overall though a good place.

Avoid this one

There was only A/C in the bedrooms, one A/C hose had a hole in it so it limited the quality of the A/C. They provided a fan for the kitchen/dining/living room area which didn’t work. There was exposed insulation in the stairwell. Was told there was a pull out couch, it was a futon that was broken and wouldn’t convert. The circuit breaker kept popping and I had to reset it.

Nice convenient place

The place was great, convenient location and nice walk to the pier. Very nice park nearby. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Couldn't have asked for anything better especially for a great price in a vacation town.

If you are looking for a place to just hang your hat and go to the beach, this unit is fine. However it rained during our stay and it was just suboptimal. The good: - Location is in walking distance from the beach and shops - Each bedroom had its own air conditioning unit - Laminate floors make it easy to get rid of sand The cons: - It rained for most of our stay. The bedroom ceiling leaked. Just a drip but enough to be annoying - It smelled like mildew - The unit is dated and in need of some repairs/touch-ups - The doors don’t fully close (including the bathroom door) - The doors also don’t seem to be hung correctly - Parking in the driveway is tricky. It’s very narrow with barely room to open the doors. Street parking on the opposite side of the road was readily available. - Beds were very hard and squeaky -WiFi was very spotty Unit owners were nice and responsive but this unit needs some upgrades for the price.

Great apartment at the beach

This apartment was a perfect place for us to stay in Old Orchard Beach we walked to the pier and easily made it to our early fishing charter the next morning. Communication was easy and helpful.

While the exterior could use some updating, once inside was a clean apartment accurate to the listing. Good beds, easy parking, great host and would stay again.
